My midwife makes uh-mazing tinctures ~ from uterine cramps and crankiness, to my weird hyper-stressed state I get when pregnant, her tinctures help them all. Oh, and a tincture for heartburn. I got heartburn so bad with Isaiah that I actually thought I was dying from a heart attack or something. With Olivia I had the tincture and when I first felt the burn I would take it and it would go away in no time. She has one for nausea that lots of moms swear by. If you want to try it, let me know.Katrinahttp://www.burbankhomestead.netnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5937303870758455964.post-50800168444542075502013-08-09T22:51:26.236-04:002013-08-09T22:51:26.236-04:00Loving all these tips :). What of it?)

I want to try the liquid calcium, too. I can't remember if hers had magnesium in it? That helped me a lot last time. Also, Floradix for iron if you tend to be anemic.
