It was a surprise to me to see that babies are rear facing for 12 months there.

This is the car seat we have Joseph in:
http://www.productreview.com.au/p/safe-n-sound-super-safeguard.html#Theresehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04866840456840793793noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5937303870758455964.post-23565693185423111472011-03-23T18:09:29.576-04:002011-03-23T18:09:29.576-04:00Our ped told me about this last August (when Sophi...Our ped told me about this last August (when Sophie turned one). I did it for as long as I could, I'd say about 15 months I turned her facing forward and moved the kids around. She would hate to be rear facing now.

I have big babies (or under two year olds) and their legs would be so smashed up....but I guess they are saying broken legs are better than broken neck.

I pray for no accidents.

Thanks for sharing!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01611865831958609009noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5937303870758455964.post-32189500281852967582011-03-23T15:08:01.318-04:002011-03-23T15:08:01.318-04:00How DID we survive? OR when I traveled to Nicaragua & Honduras... you just piled into the back of some stranger's truck passing by and rode to the next mountain village on some unbelievably dangerous rode... where you actually COULD fall out over the edge of the mountain. They are good for adults not for kids. Our boys stay backwards facing until about 18 months when usually Jonah gets all upset that his kids are still backwards. I guess now he'll just have to suck it up until age 2! And when they are backwards they can see their siblings which is nice.Emma and Jonahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05287181998768503067noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5937303870758455964.post-91380574254328263022011-03-23T12:19:10.895-04:002011-03-23T12:19:10.895-04:00I was just reading about this the other day. I always loved moving my babies to forward facing at a year because they seemed so much happier to be able to "see the world".Sugarplum Creations Bloghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15404300168941549805noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5937303870758455964.post-61616173006398088632011-03-23T11:44:00.893-04:002011-03-23T11:44:00.893-04:00very informative..
