In it, the author, who was in a service industry type job called it "Orchid" and "Onion" letters. She argued that companies should want to do a good job so we the consumer should help them. To that end, I don't take the time to call up the company who makes my baby's formula to tell them thanks for keeping him alive this year. However, when we did have a problem with that formula, and the CSR was awesome, I used that recorded line to tell whoever reviewed her tapes, how awesome she did.<br />My husband and yours are cut from the same cloth.
