You are doing real pro-live work, Colleen, and it's effect is powerful and far-reaching. Never doubt that.
Lots of love from your MiL.Mom Martinnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5937303870758455964.post-37449909579990999282011-01-24T11:01:37.284-05:002011-01-24T11:01:37.284-05:00i often wonder what I can do as well on this day. ...i often wonder what I can do as well on this day. We decided to watch some of the coverage together on EWTN this year. I just say that this is all about showing our love for the precious babies in their momma's bellies. (I just can't bring myself to tell them that some people kill these babies, but I know I'll have to before long. When I think about having to tell them that sometime soon, it actually brings me to tears.)

We drew cute little in-utero babies for an art project. My 6 year old calls them "jelly bean babies" because they are so cute like a jelly beans she said. We are expecting a baby boy in 10 weeks, so they colored them blue. They were complete with 10 fingers, ten toes, a heart, an umbilical cord, and a...umm...let's just say he was anatomically correct! :)

So we might not be in Washington, but there's plenty we can do at home.
