Taken Quite Literally

Yesterday at dinner, the following conversation took place:

Me: "Boys, you guys really need to make sure you are acting nicely to each other."

Andrew: "Why?"

Me: "Because Eamon and Maggie are learning to do whatever you do, so we need to be sure we are well-behaved and that we say nice things."

Andrew: "Nice things!"

Well, at least he's listening...
