I am grateful today for my kids and the things they come up with.
For example:
~
John-Paul: I wrote down my homework in my "bagenda".
(He means his planner...I guess he's trying to call it an agenda)
~
Andrew: (Upon seeing a picture of our family on my computer) Is that there so you don't forget us?
(So sweet!)
~
Eamon: Can we hear the Little Cat Chewy song?
('The Chattahoochee' by Alan Jackson)
~
Maggie: Knock knock.
(Who's there?)
Cow.
(Cow who?)
Moo.
(I don't know why but it makes me laugh every time!)
~
John-Paul: MOM! I have maracas in my foot!!
(His foot fell asleep)
~
What are you thankful for today?
those are cute. I am thankful for 10 mins to myself to go on a computer.
ReplyDeleteOne of my favorite things is remembering the cute things my kids say! I'm thankful that my baby is doing well and c-section day is getting closer! :-)
ReplyDeleteaw so cute! and i especially love the first one.. fun kids you have!!!
ReplyDeleteCute. I'm thankful for Adam nursing a baby doll, Faustyna (5 years old) being my Pilates coach, Florian's tooth finally broke through, and Joanna writing me e-cards on her play laptop.
ReplyDeleteThose kids are precious and SO funny!! A perfect combination.
ReplyDeleteI'm especially thankful for my kids today too! It's their first day back to school and I miss them.
ReplyDeleteOur school calls the planners agendas as well. That always cracks me up because my kindergartner and first grader are always asking about their agendas. Who knew kids so young could have an agenda. tee hee
They are so cute and say the darndest things! :) Sweet.
ReplyDeleteToday I am especially grateful for health and getting over the nasty flu. I hope not to revisit that anytime soon!!
ps....Love you blog's new look for the new year! Aren't you just all fancy- shmancy??! (No, that wasn't a typo. And yes, I know shmancy isn't a word... LOL!) Any way, did you do all of the changes on your own? Well done. Gets me eager to get some work done on mine....
Your thankful posts are always a breath of fresh air.
ReplyDeleteI'm thankful that when I am runnng from car to house shivering in the cold, my kids make me slow down and admire the purity and bliss that can be found in a snowball:)
Awwww, too sweet! Both my older girls still call a cupboard a "covered". It gets me every time! :)
ReplyDeleteOh, that made me laugh! :)
