Looks yummy! My typical lunch (or why I can't lose any more weight): turkey & cheese sandwich, peaches, and a glass of 1% milk. Then some leftover mac & cheese from the kids, etc...! oops
Yes, it fills me up! Between the fiber in the popcorn and orange, and the high protein content of the Greek yogurt, I don't even need the pretzels. But I do like my sweet crunchy treat at the end of a meal.
I usually eat a fiber one bar and a coffee for breakfast, and then a bigger dinner. I'm not a big snacker because I eat too many calories that way :)
Looks healthy! Does this fill you up? Do you eat other snacks throughout the day?
