Today's Theme Thursday is Catching People Unaware. Boy this was hard, as I found out I pose my kids for photos a little too much.
Note to self: start taking more impromptu shots. Real is better than faked perfection.
So here are the few I have that fit the theme:
Belly scratchin' and boy part snatchin'. |
Diggin' for gold on the open road. |
This moment will be forever in our memories. Oh Maggie! |
Also, I've been caught unaware that I'm a nominee for a Sheenazing Award!
Vote here for your favorite bloggers (it's simple, you don't need to be a blogger or have any technical skills at all to vote. I'm looking at you, Mum!)
Haha! My kids and I always try to catch people picking their noses in their cars. Yours was just a little easier to spot!
ReplyDeleteHeading over now! : )
ReplyDeleteI voted for you!
ReplyDeleteLove the boy parts snatchin'! And I'm wondering when I will get the call from my mom telling me she's confused about how to vote for my blog!
ReplyDeleteGreat shots!
ReplyDeleteCongrats on the nominations!!
I love that Xander just looks right at the camera in the first one. Just doing his thing.
ReplyDeleteI love the nose picking shot! I've been trying to get one for a while, but my son gets embarrassed and turns quickly away. (Funny, he's not embarrassed enough to stop picking his nose.)
ReplyDeleteWhat is it with boys and the hand down the pants. Every.single.one of mine does that. Or used to. I just walk around the house saying "HAND!" and they know exactly what that means - hand out of your pants.
ReplyDeleteGreat shots and congrats on the nomination!
ReplyDeleteIt's hard to catch those kids. I'm definitely a posed shot girl and when I don't have my camera along is when the kids do all the 'cute' stuff I could've caught unaware.
ReplyDeleteYou've got some great ones here though. I am still fond of the Disney World one with Maggie. lol.
Saw your name for the Sheenazing and already voted. You are the best!!
The finger in the nose! Oh my!
ReplyDeleteI've got two thumb suckers who routinely pick their noses while thumbsucking (actually they do it when they're praying too come to think of it...) Must get a photo.
ReplyDeleteThese are great!

Family pictures with one person sobbing are always the best, or maybe the best of the worst. :) Too cute!
ReplyDeleteThe one of Maggie and the boys is my favorite. =)
