Meals & Wheels

I don't know about you all, but I am always interested in what people eat. Here's my unhealthy breakfast treat:

(I went to McDonalds to get the free coffee, but then felt bad not buying anything, so I ordered one of these. There, I feel much better now.)

~

I'll make up for that bad breakfast with a healthy lunch.
And a 4 mile walk while pushing a double stroller filled with two chubby babies.
~
In case anyone is still interested in this random and boring post, dinner tonight is pot roast with onions, carrots, and celery, and mashed potatoes.
Homemade apple pie for dessert.
And I wonder why I'm not losing any weight ;)

  2. Okay, well, here's what I've got:
I had coffee flavored yogurt, mandarin oranges and a coffee for breakfast. (personally, I think your McD's breakfast sounded better!). For lunch, well, nothing sounds good so that is TBD just yet. I'm making bread and chicken noodle soup for supper being that it's a chilly day here in MN and several of us still have our colds.
On the bright side, today is a new day and I'm feeling better emotionally. Hooray.
I've also lost 4 lbs. in the last month or so for no reason. I should feel good about that, but don't. Hoping it's not muscle weight since I've fallen completely off of my exercising routine *blah*.
Oh how I would love to take a 4 mile walk with you today. I'd perhaps feel even better after that.
So, how's that for dull and boring? Have a great day Colleen! :)

  3. Yum!

    For me...
Breakfast: nothing, oops (kids had cereal)

Lunch: Leftover kielbasa, carrots, and cabbage over mashed potatoes. (the kids had mac & cheese)

Dinner: "poortillas:" homemade tortillas, refried bean filling, topped with cheese, salsa & lettuce with spanish rice on the side
