WWW: Week Six


The Good

Weekly Exercise Totals:

Walked - 5 miles

Ran - 8 miles

Kickboxed - 2.5 hours

Cardio Impact Class - 1 hour


Bought a pair of Gap Jeans in a size smaller than normal!

However, I swear their sizes run very big!!


The Bad

Cheated on Sunday night (cheesecake and pizza) and Thursday night (Chinese food and an M&M McFlurry) and Friday night (mozzarella sticks)!!

The Results

After 2 weeks, I lost 2.6 pounds


Grand Total Lost = 9.4 pounds


About 7 pounds to go :)

  6. I know this is totally not what you were wondering, but how am I doing?

    I've gained 2 pounds in the last two weeks, have eaten almost everything that I wanted to eat, and have exercised very little, due to a very pregnant, unstable pelvis.

  8. I stayed the same this week. Ate too much over the weekend.
    My exercise so far this week:
    Monday: Boot Camp for 45 mins
    Tuesday: 20 mins stepper, 20 mins cross trainer, 20 mins rowing
    Wednesday: Super circuit weight training and abs
    Thursday: Boot Camp to 45 mins
    Friday: 45 mins spinning class

    So far I’ve lost 3.6kgs (about 8lbs) 5.4kgs more to go (about 11lbs)

    I weight again on Monday. Will have to be good this weekend!!! Yvette

    while training for the 1/2 I didn't use Hal Higdon ( my husband did use his though and really liked it). and we are planning to follow his intermediate plan for our marathon in march. He's good!
