Gratituesday: September 1st

Today I am thankful for Catholic musicians and artists who spread the Word of God in a beautiful way.
Last Saturday, we took our family to go to see Martin Doman in concert. He was great, you can check out his website here. The kids have been singing one of the songs he played all week; My Father's House. Help his family of 8 out buy buying a CD, you won't be disappointed!

Hearing his music and singing along, praising the Lord, and even dancing a little ;) reminded me of being back in Steubenville. Man, I miss that place so much. I hope our kids can go to college there so we can have reasons to visit often - there is nothing like a Mass on that campus.

What are you thankful for today?
P.S. I am also thankful for Laura's birthday and Amber's baby news :)

I'm not a Steubie Grad, but have many friends who are, so I had lots of opportunities to visit there...gorgeous campus and peaceful spirit.
Agree, there's nothing like Mass on campus there!!

Also, thanks so much for the advice in shin splints you left on the other Jen's blog. It was very helpful. I was wondering if I was developing them from running. I am going to try those exercises!

    Have a wonderful week!

    XOXO
