Theme Thursday: Luck O' the Irish

Cari is hosting Theme Thursday yet again, and this week's theme is GREEN.  Lucky for us, the kids were supposed to wear green to school today to celebrate St. Patrick's Day and I was able to snap this picture of them before we shoved them out the door.

When I called the kids to come sit on the couch for a picture, Mr. Xander,of course, had to sit up there front and center, completely unaware that only the green clothed kids were allowed.  (Cari's rules, not mine, I'm much more inclusive!)

If only we had an Irish Pope to go along with today's theme.

Ah well, I kind of already love Pope Francis I, and 'Tis no shame not to be Irish...only a terrible, terrible curse.

Slainte!

  1. I love how JP folds his arms in 90% of the pictures he's in.
Not like I'm keeping a formal set of statistics, just stalking my future SIL.

  5. Only the baby isn't wearing green! I hope he doesn't get pinched!

And I love that quote. My mother-in-law is Cork-born-and-raised, so does that make me Irish by proxy?
