ReplyDeleteWow, that's awesome!!! Congratulations!!! You are such a role model for me -- bring on 7!
ReplyDeleteP.S. If the morning sickness is really getting to you, ask your doctor about Diclegis. It is the only FDA-approved drug for the treatment of morning sickness in pregnancy, and it has a Category A rating (which is nearly impossible to get) meaning that studies in pregnant women have shown that it does not present an increased risk to the baby. Okay, so I totally sound like one of those prescription drug commercials right now, but I swear it was like a miracle life-saver during my last pregnancy. I am not one to take medicine lightly, ESPECIALLY during pregnancy, but my morning sickness was really preventing me from being a good mom and keeping up at work, so my doctor suggested that I try it. The two primary ingredients are Vitamin B6 and an antihistamine (doxylamine succinate). For some reason, the combo knocks out morning sickness (not HG -- that's a whole other animal -- but the more normal kind or morning sickness). I was paranoid and did a bunch of research (see above, LOL) before finally "caving" out of necessity and trying it. Let's just say that I will never go through another pregnancy without it! I felt like a normal person again! Highly recommend!
ReplyDeleteSO exciting!! Don't be afraid to ask for Zofran!
